Shipping Policy

Please note that some products are made to order. These items may take approximately 2–3 weeks to ship, as they are produced by the manufacturer after payment is received and then shipped to our facility or directly to the shipping carrier before reaching you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, manufacturer production timelines, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@outerworldclothing.com before sending any items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
